Parking

Free parking is available for up to 1 hour in the shopping zone. Alternatively there are two car parks, one at either end of Shenfield.

Aroma Spa policy

Appointments are appreciated but walk ins are welcome. We will do our best to accomodate you. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow you time to unwind and fully maximise your time with us. As a courtesy to all our clients, late arrivals will result in a shorter treatment if a schedule is booked.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment we require 24 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations will result in total charge for your appointment.
